Jessica
Jessica is an experienced physical therapist and yoga instructor. She utilizes her passion for wellness combined with her knowledge of the body and fitness to guide you in practice.
Slow flow Hatha or Vinyasa style classes focus on foundations of movement and control. Jessica incorporates knowledge of the body, healing, and training for meaningful class design that contain elements of physical therapy weaved through class.

Flexibility and Balance
Structuring classes to enhance and improve the ease in which you move and overall balance. For advanced individuals or those who may be looking to prevent problems.

Strength and Stability
Build your core strength and fitness with progressive classes. Improving your strength can offer a host of benefits to your health and physical wellbeing.

Mindfulness
Yoga practice allows the opportunity to slow down and focus on you. Offering guided practice to enhance breath, focus, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Individual or Small Group
For those looking for a personal class that is tailored to them.
-Starts with a video or voice call to learn about you, your personal goals, any physical injury or concerns.
-60 minute vinyasa or hatha style class custom to your goals and needs.
-Classes can now incorporate Physical Therapy interventions as applicable. Great for those with an injury looking to safely return to activity, build strength, health and wellness.

Group pricing variable
Small Group Thursdays!
Great for those looking to engage in regular practice with a small group of like-minded individuals.
-Held on most Thursdays from 8:30 – 9:30am.
-60 minute vinyasa or hatha style class, new each week.
-Class size limited to 6 students.
-Held at my home studio.
